3. Cancellations

• Client Cancellations: You may cancel your booking before your scheduled lesson without any issues.
• School Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather conditions or other safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

4. Lesson Policies

• Attendance: Please arrive on time and ready for your lesson. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
• Skill Levels: We tailor our lessons to your experience level. Please provide accurate information when booking.
• Equipment Use: You are responsible for using our equipment with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to you.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Instructor Authority: Our instructors have the final say on all safety-related matters. You must follow their instructions at all times.
• Code of Conduct: We expect respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and other participants. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of your lesson without a refund.
• Health and Fitness: You should be in good health and physically capable of participating in kitesurfing. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
